Learning with Judith!

TEACHING STYLE

Judith is a passionate teacher who enjoys building relationships with her students. She is keen to get to know them and to really understand their motivations for learning the language. Having learned Spanish herself, (and currently studying Catalan) she has a good understanding of how languages work and the different learning styles of her students.

Judith takes the time to perform a needs analysis with her students in the first lesson to get a greater understanding of the needs of each individual student.

EXPERIENCE

Judith is an experienced English teacher who qualified as an English teacher over 10 years ago. She started her career teaching in a Mexican university, then she moved to Poland where she taught in a private language school for two years. She taught a variety of ages and levels, from 8 years old, to teenagers and adults. In 2015 she moved to Tarragona where she continued to work in private language schools, gaining experience with younger learners (aged 5 and up) and with higher levels such as C1. She now specialises in Cambridge exams (KET, PET, First and Advanced) and she has broadened her teaching to include business English. She is now a self-employed teacher, working in businesses giving business English classes, online classes via Zoom or Voov and she has a small base of private students.
